In the kind of situation that has no more solutions. You’ve tried everything in your power and still come up short. I built a sandbox in 2018 to act as a piggy bank for my prayers. Life had placed more on my shoulders than I could hold any longer and I was about to break. So I wrote letters to God and placed them in the sandbox to surrender to Him what I couldn’t fix. Then in 2020, I began making prayer candles – meditating on good things and finding visions and dreams of what I hope to receive. Like a child blowing out a birthday cake I asked God to give me the desires of my heart.

Now in 2026, I’ve prayed a million prayers and surrendered a million things that I didn’t want to lose. I surrender. I pray that God gives me a chapter of joy and I pray that all the seeds he’s planted in me will become something worth writing about….
